About Monday Morning Music

J. Brian Craig is a minister, musician, and artist who loves God and his church. He’s got a wife and three gorgeous kids he’s crazy about.  He is on staff with the LA International Church of Christ –his local ministry is the South Bay Church.  He travels to do concerts and church consulting in worship and media.  He’s written a lot of songs Christians sing on many parts of the globe (a humbling thought!).  He started this blog to help provide resources and build community among worship leaders and those who love the way music can connect us to God and each other.

Brian posts regularly at his blog, Monday Morning Music.  He shares what’s going on in his musical life, posts free MP3s, videos, chords, lyrics, and shares spiritual background for songs.  Check out the archives for back issues or do a search for a particular song you might be looking for.  Check this first post with an explanation and video about the blog.

    Hi Brian.
    Thanks for the blog yesterday about Joy.
    My dad went through a similar experience and we’re so thankful to hear similar victory stories. Your parents actually came to meet my dad a few days after he was baptized in Houston and a few days before he passed away. I’ll always remember that.

    Sometimes I like to think of what the past 5 years have been like for him in heaven. I think his favorite thing might be to ‘hover over the water’ like God did in Genesis.
